Binghatti Creek is a new residential complex in the Al Jaddaf community by Binghatti Developers, which has an investment value of around AED 3.5B (USD 953M). At the moment the project is currently under construction, with the estimated date of handover set to be March 2023. The Binghatti Creek mixed-use complex has a prime location in the Al Jaddaf community, which is located in western Dubai and is part of Bur Dubai. The word ‘Al Jaddaf’ means ‘The Rower’, as this area was historically used as a traditional dhow sailboat building hub. The waterfront side of the neighbourhood is still dedicated to shipyards as well as the construction of a large dhow, which is predicted to set a new world record.

Binghatti Creek has an advantageous location near Al Ain – Dubai Road, Sheikh Rashid Road and Al Khail Road, which will provide residents of the Binghatti Creek complex fast and easy access to some of the emirate’s major destinations.
